Below is a recommended itinerary, which can be modified in any way to suit the specifications of your organisation.

Recommended Teambuilding Itinerary        5 days / 4 nights

Day 1: Flight from UK to Bucharest. Transfer by coach to Brasov for dinner, briefing and overnight accommodation.  Team building activity (indoor) - helping the members of the group to get to know each other better.

Day 2: Breakfast.  After a short tour of the historical centre of Brasov we start our team building outdoor event with a bike ride up to Poiana Brasov, then over  hills and through forests  to Rasnov and Bran. Our objective is to boost group and team morale and also to develop management and leadership skills. Lunch during the ride. Dinner and accommodation  at  Bran. Team building indoors: Enhancing creative problem solving.

Day 3: Breakfast. This morning we visit the famous Bran Castle. Our team building outdoor event continues with a superb bike ride over to Predeal and then up to Trei Brazi with its stunning views of the Carpathians. Our task today is to help teams to work together more effectively (making group and individual decisions), and to continue to develop management  and leadership skills.  Dinner and accommodation at Trei Brazi. Team building indoors: Having fun together!

Day 4 : Breakfast. We relax a little this morning during our short transfer by coach through the Prahova Valley to Sinaia, where we shall visit Peles Palace. Afterwards our team building outdoor activity is trekking. Starting from the  palace, we will make the ascent to Stana Regala before returning to Sinaia for dinner and overnight stay. Today we continue our task to work together more effectively through  enhanced creative problem solving and improving our communication skills (in a foreign language!) We finish off the day with a  Feedback Forum to discuss and comment upon what we have achieved. We will of course celebrate our last night with a traditional dinner with entertainment.

Day 5: Breakfast. Some time will be available for shoping in Sinaia before our departure to Bucharest. If there is time we shall also have a short tour of Romania's capital city before arriving at the airport and our return flight to the UK.

Optional extra day:   Visiting a local charity project.  Team building: In-house project (painting, decorating, gardening, repairs etc..). Free time in Brasov. Feedback forum and celebration dinner. Overnight accommodation in Brasov.

Throughout the entire event, the group will be accompanied by a psychologist who will conduct the team building sessions. Cristi Mitan will personally lead the trip as whole as well as all outdoor activities.

Sponsorship - although it's up to you and your chosen charity to determine how much money to raise, we do recommend a minimum sponsorship amount of £500. Many trekkers have raised over £1,000 - click on fundraising tips for useful tips and encouragement.

Please note that we do not include flights in our tour cost. This is because lower individual fares can often be found directly with the airlines.  Booking your flights separately also allows you   more flexibility over travel dates and     departure    points. Many of our clients like to stay on in Romania to visit other areas or friends etc.  However, we do have much expertise in flight  reservations to Romania and we will be very happy to assist you in finding the best available options.   Please refer to our flights page for details.
