TRANSYLVANIA IN 3 DAYS                   3 days/2 nights

Ideal for those with little time at their disposal, but wanting to see some of the most famous monuments and attractions in Romania. 

Tour highlights are:

Day 1: Departure from your hotel in the the morning. Stop in Sinaia to visit  Peles Palace and the Monastery. Continue to Brasov for a sight-seeing tour of the medieval old town centre before ending the day in Sighisoara. Accommodation in a 3* hotel.

Day 2:  After breakfast, departure to Biertan. Visit the strong fortress ( 16th century) and the Evangelical Church ( 1429-1516), a monument of late Gothic style. Continue to Sibiu to visit the medieval town and the Brukenthal Museum. Arriving back in Sigisoara we spend some time in the medieval old town, including a visit to the house where Vlad Tepes (Dracula) was born.

Day 3:  Breakfast and departure to Bran to visit  Bran Castle ( Dracula's Castle). Continuing through the magnificent Rucar Pass to Targoviste,-former capital city of Walachia ( the southern part of Romania) during Vlad Tepes's reign. Our tour ends as we return to Bucharest late afternoon / early evening.
