Fundraising Challenges in Transylvania
Take part in a challenge of a lifetime and help give a lifetime to others
just romania has created a programme of fundraising challenges in Transylvania, a most fascinating mountain region tucked away in the south east corner of Europe.
Our Open Challenges, both treks and bike rides take place in the Carpathian Mountains and are run on regular, fixed dates from May until September each year.
These challenges are great fun and a wonderful 
way to meet all sorts of people and make new friends from all walks (pun intended) of life. But better still, our challenges serve as a highly effective way to raise funds for worthy and needy, causes. Businesses and other commercial organisations are also encouraged to take part in our teambuilding challenges.
Open challenges allow you to decide which charity or worthy cause to support. It can be local, 
national or international. Whichever cause is close to your heart, you choose. On the other hand, if you have no preference or cannot decide who to support, we'll encourage you to support the charity closest to our hearts, Robin Hood Ministries and its wonderful work in fighting extreme poverty and deprivation in the north east Romanian city of Iasi (pronounced Yash)
You will discover the beautiful side of Romania, a world away from the negative images, which are often conjured when Romania is mentioned. At the same time, your participation helps a charitable project in Romania as well as helping the local economy and community.
just romania has much experience and expertise in organising treks and bike rides in the Carpathians for 
individuals and groups.
Transylvania Trekkin' is a 6-day challenge, suitable for most people of varying abilities and fitness levels. In fact, trekkers from as young as 16 to more senior ones of 68 years have successfully completed one of our previous challenges.
Likewise, the Transylvania Bike Ride is well within the capabilities of a large range of ages and body types! Very mature people have also successfully completed these exhilarating adventures.
However, you do need to train beforehand!

Each challenge and departure date has a fixed price tour cost. £50 of this cost is donated to Robin Hood Ministries for their current charitable projects in Iasi. However, the amount of sponsorship to be raised is for you to pledge, and your chosen charity to determine. You pay the raised funds directly to them. It's that simple! However, we will help and encourage you all of the way into raising a substantial amount. _______________________________________________________________________
